This T20 version of a movie gave me a real complacency of watching a full length Maniratnam-Sujatha-Rehman movie. But able to watch it many times within the same span of a full length movie.
With Tamil cinema's usual dialogues "naan avala mutha muraya anga pathen inga pathen.." boring the theatres, a guy narrating the moments when he first met his parents and saying "appo thaan enga amma appava mutha muraya santhichen" sets a new target for the screenplay writers
The inheritance theory & guy's partner preference psychology in the shortfilm gives confidence that the younger generation can continue sujatha's job of injecting science in tamil works.
Ravi Ragavendhar's performance is awesome. A real father in the screens I saw after Raj Kiran's performance in Thavamai Thavamirunthu. Note his smile after renuka & janani says "blue short pottuko".
Renuka's acting is so casual and the background score proxies for music directors presence in the shortfilm.
